Chicago Tribune Notes Success of Residential Fire Sprinkler Ordinances in Illinois

In an online article about residential fire sprinklers posted on the Chicago Tribune website on April 21, contributor Michael McClintock specifically highlights Illinois as a top state for residential fire sprinkler ordinances, second only to California.

While the article notes that there are over 60 communities in Illinois with such ordinances, Tom Lia, executive director of the Northern Illinois Fire Sprinkler Advisory Board, states that the number as of June is now closer to 75 communities.
